I had a very good experience at this Language School in Frankfurt. I came with a visa to study German and they helped me with all the documents that the embassy requested. I followed the intensive German course from level A1 to level B1 and today I can communicate in German without any problem. Murat (the Manager) is very friendly and he is always ready to help you with everything you need.

I did the orientierungstest here. Definitely I can tell that BEST place . Before visiting Sprachtref, i have visited many others because of some of comments I read here. But they were very friendly and nice people. Especially the guy called Murat.

I think the course work for German is good, the teachers are constructive and helpful. I did have a similar experience with them taking payment then the course was not the correct times I needed or had been offered. They offered to either refund or re-book me for a different course. The billing seems to be un-organized as I had to Bring them proof that I had already paid. They were extremely apologetic & nice about it. It seems more a case of disorganization than anything nefarious.

The office staff, especially Murat is an attentive, friendly and efficient person in helping to register for the courses. In the class there is a modern digital whiteboard and even a fridge.

I had to delete my honest rating first, but in germany you have a ight to freedom of opinion\. I recommend everyone to make their own impression on the spot. One thing I can say, instead of their rejection every user feedback which is given, the admanistration should rather critically question themself and take this as a positive synergy effect for upcoming lessons, instead of telling every student he is wrong. Feedback is feedback and not false statements.
